Are there refunds on reservations?
Yes, the refund of the reservation (or the total payment if it was paid through the website) is possible only in the event that the trip is not carried out due to not meeting the minimum number of passengers necessary, or if SERNATUR implements a measure that prevents the trip.
In case of not taking the tour, is the money returned?
Yes, both for the reservation and the final price (if it was paid directly on the website).
In which cases is the tour not done?
The trip is not possible if the minimum number of people necessary to meet the quorum is not met, or if SERNATUR establishes a measure that prevents the trip.

Can I bring food?
It will depend on the tour you take, it is suggested to coordinate it with the seller at the time of booking.
Is drinking alcohol allowed?
The consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited. Likewise, people in a state of drunkenness will not be accepted in the transport.
What items should I bring?
It is suggested to bring social block, sunglasses, fluids to hydrate, hat or similar for the sun. Also, comfortable and functional clothing for the tour.
What clothes should I bring?
In general, comfortable and functional clothing is recommended for the tour you take. It is suggested to coordinate it with the seller at the time of booking. In addition, the use of outdoor shoes is recommended.
